Meet the Alchemist
Hi, I'm Cara. I began my whole health journey very young and have always had a keen interest in herbs & natural therapies, likewise I have a passion for always trying to find the positive spin in all that I choose to do.
Alchemists Pantry is a culmination of over 30 years of my experience and knowledge of natural products and remedies.
After many years working in a variety of high-pressure career-driven sales roles, I am very excited to be able to now focus on what gives me the most joy - creating products that assist in health and wellbeing from the inside out.
My goal is to support community and share my knowledge with like-minded people.

The Awen
I have always felt a deep kinship to my ancestry in Europe which is why I was able to see a connection to the Awen. The Awen is a Welsh term used to represent a source of inspiration.
There are many meanings for the Awen which is the beauty of this symbol.
My personal interpretation as a herbalist is allowing inspiration to flow through unity, harmony and knowledge.
